There are many ways kids can benefit from practicing yoga, including developing healthy body awareness, building concentration and increasing their confidence and positive self image.
Join us with our friends from MedCity Doulas to help get ready for a new baby with tips for meeting the new baby, practicing diapering and feeding. You will also be able to making a birthday card for a new baby. All familes and their children welcome to come learn regardless if a new baby is on the way!

Hola Amigos! In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we are excited to welcome Listos Preschool and Childcare for a special program. They will be here to sing with us in Spanish and play Mexican Bingo which is claled Loteria. Plus we will have a special art project all day in the classroom…making maracas!
Exposure to diverse linguistic environments facilitates the developement of tools that are critical for effective communication.
