J.E.T.S. Summer Camps are a great way for kids ages 3–10 to combine gymnastics, tumbling, group games, music and crafts around a new exciting theme each week. Camps are 9:00am-12:00pm Monday through Thursday each week. Campers are split up into groups by age to help maximize the level of fun. Guide to Summer Camps in SE Minnesota
Get outdoors for a week of fun and adventure in our big backyard! Explore 320 acre Quarry Hill Park with a friendly and knowledgeable camp naturalist. Observe nature up close using tools like binoculars, magnifying lens, and pond nets. Discover the pond, meadow, and forest, meet live animals, and make new friends during our week long natural science themed day camps. Day camps include Eco-Heroes, Nature Biker, Archaeology Adventures, Amazing Race, and more. Camps are offered for kids ages four through high school; join us for a week on the wild side!
Camp RCLS is a fun Christian camp environment led by trained and nurturing staff for children entering Preschool-Grade 5. Weekly themes give shape to activities and field trips. RCLS’s Summer Academy offers sports camps and enrichment classes (cooking, painting, STEM activities, and more) for K-8 students. Daily, weekly, or monthly options are available Monday-Friday (6:30AM-6:00PM) for Camp RCLS, and daily and weekly classes are offered at varying times for Summer Academy. Red Barn Learning Farm
We are so excited to offer the opportunity for children ages 4-12 to experience what daily life is on a farm. Our campers will have the opportunity to help with chores, have hands-on experiences with animals, do farm-related crafts & games, and enjoy some free play at the farm. This will be a great opportunity to make new friends and learn new skills. All campers will get a t-shirt, a morning snack and bottled water. All campers will need to bring their own lunch each day. The Reading Center
The Reading Center’s 24th Best of Basics summer program runs July 9 to August 3.We welcome all students – those with learning and attention challenges, as well as those looking to prevent the summer slide. Our program helps students in a way that regular summer programs cannot – our small group and 1:1 class options focus on building skills using the multi-sensory, phonemic approach known as Orton-Gillingham. We have classes for students in pre-K to 12th grade.
