Camp Victory offers specialty overnight and day camps for kids aged 5 to 17 that run June 19 to August 18. The camp is situated 25 minutes north of Rochester MN on 200 acres along the Zumbro River. We are accredited by the American Camping Association and our programs inspire kids to trust and treasure Jesus Christ. Campers choose from 13 fun and unique camps including: Lego Robotics, High Adrenaline, Culinary, Water Sports, Marksmanship, Woodworking, Martial Arts, Sewing, Survival and many more specialty camps. Free bus transportation is provided to and from Rochester for all day camps. Multi-session, early registration and family discounts are available. Open House is Sunday, April 30, 2017.

Rochester Area Family YMCA
The #bestsummerever is at the Rochester Area Family YMCA! The camps and themes that we have put together this year have your child’s unique gifts, talents and likes in mind…and we can’t wait to see how the Y campers thrive this summer! Field trips will help them explore new places and areas in the great state of Minnesota. Our daily adventures will lead them to parks, paths and playgrounds…and of course the summer favorite, swimming! Screen time is limited at the Y; staying active and eating healthy foods that fuel our bodies is encouraged all summer long. The Y is a non-profit that focuses on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility for all.
Roca Climbing and Fitness
Roca Climbing & Fitness camps are packed full of fun and exciting climbing experiences and a variety of physical activity challenges to keep kids active throughout the summer months! Sign up for 1 week or multiple weeks, as our camps will be different each time! Our specially trained climbing instructors bring years of climbing expertise to these camps! Campers will work on personal goals to achieve new heights. Climbing helps improve children’s balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and flexibility. All levels of ability and climbing experience are welcome! Plus, campers will receive a FREE Roca t-shirt.
Rochester Civic Theatre
The Rochester Civic Theatre Company is Rochester’s Premier Professional and Community Theatre. Summer Theatre Academy of Rochester offers one and two week classes for ages 5 – 17 years. Good Earth Village
Nestled in the bluffs of Southeastern Minnesota, Good Earth Village welcomes adventure for all ages. Our faith-based programs introduce camp with one-day experiences and/or family opportunities while middle and high school campers enjoy week-long programs. Many of our programs are offered more than once to fit your schedule and tier pricing with additional scholarships will fit your budget. Safety, wellness, and enjoyment of our campers are a top priority which is why we are accredited by the American Camp Association. Our summer staff has a natural gift for leading youth with an excitement and passion for this ministry.
Aldrich Memorial Nursery School
Aldrich Memorial Nursery School is Rochester’s trusted home of early experiential learning for more than 70 years, and they offer week-long summer programs for 3-5 year olds. These camps provide open-ended discovery opportunities, allow flexible time for socialization, and encourage large muscle development with generous periods of time for running, jumping, climbing, and balancing. Each week will have a different theme, such as Art Explosion, Ocean Commotion, or Down on the Farm.
Schaeffer Academy has organized four excellent learning opportunities for your children this summer. We have Kinder Camp and Academy Adventures in Learning. Kinder Camp offers a wide range of learning activities during this week long class from June 12-16 from 9:00 am – 11:30 am. This camp is designed to help prepare children develop their readiness skills when they enter Kindergarten. Great for children entering Kindergarten in 2017 or 2018! Click here to learn more details. Academy Adventures in Learning: A variety of interesting classes like Reading Adventures, Theater Adventures and Creative Computer Adventures are taught by talented and experienced Schaeffer teachers. The Reading Center
The Reading Center is a nationally recognized nonprofit that provides specialized educational services for children and adults experiencing difficulty with reading, writing, and spelling. We: (1) Provide diagnostic and educational services; (2) Train educators in the proven research-based technique based on the Orton-Gillingham approach; and (3) Increase public awareness and understanding of language learning disabilities.
During our 65 years of service, thousands of children and adults have benefited from the research-based, multi-sensory, phonetic approach that is the hallmark of The Reading Center’s team of specially trained tutors. Check out our 23rd annual summer program – Best of Basics – for small group or 1:1 instruction for pre-K to high school students.
Rochester Catholic Schools
At Rochester Catholic Schools (RCS) we strive to enrich the minds, hearts, and spirits of our students throughout the summer as well as throughout the school year. We offer kindergarten through grade 12 enrichment as part of our Summer Academy. Many of the classes, camps, and clubs are open to students attending schools outside of RCS, so please explore our options for summer enrichment.

Quarry Hill Nature Center
Get outdoors for a week of fun and adventure in our big backyard! Explore 320 acre Quarry Hill Park with a friendly and knowledgeable camp naturalist. Observe nature up close using tools like binoculars, magnifying lens, and pond nets. Discover the pond, meadow, and forest, meet live animals, and make new friends during our week long natural science themed day camps. Day camps include Eco-Heroes, Nature Biker, Archaeology Adventures, Amazing Race, and more. Camps are offered for kids ages four through high school; join us for a week on the wild side!
Introduce your child to the great lifetime sport of tennis! Our staff provide excellent instruction mixed with a healthy dose of fun for ages 4y and up, and rackets are available to borrow at no charge. Tennis offers total body health including fitness (steps), brain health (thinking), flexibility (reflexes & balance), and laughter (the best medicine!). Do your kids love ART? Being creative, hanging with friends? We have 3 camps running this summer for your kids at our Paint Your Own Pottery studio. Ceramics, Canvas, Clay and SO much more. Camps run Tuesday–Thursday from 10am-2pm. Choose one or all 3. June is Shark Week, July Fairy Gardens and August Animal Crazy. Early Bird specials so register before May 1st and save.
FCA Youth Sports Camps
The Rochester FCA Youth Sports Camp will take place on July 10th-13th at the RCTC Fieldhouse. This is a day camp for young athletes entering 2nd-8th grade (Fall 2017) who want to develop their skills in multiple sports and build their personal character. Sports offered include: basketball, baseball, lacrosse, golf, volleyball, soccer, football and tennis.
